  • Client Intake: Complete the client intake form to get your customer's dashboard setup and to identify how many cards are needed for the location.
  • Google Connect: Any email well be sent to the client to connect their Google Business Profile to the platform. Once connected our system will integrate via API to their GBP to manage the reviews collected.
  • Client Training: Download the Client Training PowerPoint deck to train your clients on the platform.
  • Ongoing Support: If you have any issues with the reviews valet system create a ticket and support will work with you to resolve.

Depending on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation, this may mean receiving a full refund, a partial refund, no refund, or owing additional fees.
